Role description:

  • Case Supervisor: Allows a user to Create, and View and Update support Cases that they and anyone else in their organisation has raised with Inmarsat Global Customer Operations.
  • Case User: Allows a user to Create, and View and Update support Cases that they have raised with Inmarsat Global Customer Operations.
  • Direct Customer Order Submit: Allows a user to order bandwidth Top-Ups for Fleet Xpress Retail subscriptions, or to provision, modify or Terminate Fleet Mail subscriptions.
  • FX Services Basic: Allows a user to view details of various services provisioned alongside a Fleet Xpress Retail subscription on a vessel, as well as details of on-going and completed projects associated with the provisioning, modification or termination of the Fleet Xpress Retail subscription and its associated services.
  • Retail Billing viewer: Allows a user to view Invoices and Credit and Debit Notes for Fleet Xpress Retail subscriptions.
  • Service Assurance Basic: Allows a user to view current and historical Assurance data for vessels with a Fleet Xpress Retail subscription.
  • User Management Access: Allows to control and manage users within My Hub (i.e. add, suspend, remove and reactivate users; assign or modify user roles and permissions, etc.)
